I am composing a series of short pieces based upon Longfellow's poem, Evangeline. This is one of the pieces.

One of the most beloved Chrismas carols set for orchestra. The is an optional sing-along for choir or audience.

Five short movements for concert band.

The prelude to an orchestral suite based upon Longfellow's epic poem, "Evangeline".

Foot tapping = "podorythmie"
Instrumentaion: Fiddle (with foot tapping), Simple flute (flageolet), Mandolin.

Little jazz combo chart featuring the bassman. Tpt., Tenor, Tbn, bass and drums.

An short piano piece, not to difficult, and fun!

A very short (1:30) exercise in staccato!

A 12 bar blues built over a 4-bar dorian bass line that repeats over and over.

Just a little campfire tune!

SATB arrangement of an original tune

A very old French folk song!

Piano Solo

90 Seconds of Big Country!

Close your eyes as you listen and your imagination will fill in the blanks! The music is a strict two-part canon orchestrated for full orchestra and Yoshimi.

Based upon the theme from Stephen Bryant's "Adagio in G" for piano (unpublished).

A short duet for violin and cello.

A small march for those of us with short attention spans!

This is the second movement of my suite, Evangeline. In Longfellow's poem, Michael, the local fiddler is an important member of the community. He provides music for all social gatherings.

This short movement features a "fiddle" solo at the beginning.
