Strange? From what I saw on TV, I thought supervillains were confined to exotic locales far, far away. Like, you know, some evil genius plotting world domination from a secret lair in, like, Transylvania or Antarctica. But now, it seems like they're popping up closer to home than Quagmire at a cheerleader convention. What the deuce is going on here? Are we talking about a new wave of domestic villains wreaking havoc right here in our own backyard? I mean, I've seen some pretty messed up stuff...
