And that, my fellow humans, is why we are at a crossroads. It is clear that we have a choice - to attempt to treat aliens as fellow intellects and equals and be repaid in treachery and ghettoization, or to prepare for war in time of peace and take actions now to ensure human primacy in the galaxy. Why human supremacy? Why not work with the Alien? There are three points that I consider important in looking at our new place in history.
