So here’s what you’re gonna do, kid. Get off the internet and go for a walk. If possible, leave your phone behind and walk in a forest or nice park. Come home, make yourself dinner. After you clean that up, sit down and make a list of things you want to do with your life. Give yourself deadlines to hold yourself accountable for accomplishing these things. Your goals better be grounded in reality and attainable. Keep this list somewhere you will see it frequently. Read a book and go to bed....
