Text-to-Speech (TTS) is a technology that converts text into spoken voice output. It is used in a variety of applications, including voice assistants, navigation systems, and accessibility tools for people with visual impairments. On 101soundboards you can use TTS to create custom sounds in the voices of celebrities, streamers, cartoon characters and more, then share them with others. TTS voices are synthetic creations and do not imply any affiliation with the person whose name or likeness may be associated with it.
When you submit a phrase to be converted into speech, our system sends the text to a TTS engine, which generates an audio file of the spoken text. The audio file is then added to the soundboard for you to play and share with others.
To use the TTS feature, simply enter your desired phrase in the text box on the voice of oyur choice. Click the "Generate" button to create your custom sound. The TTS engine will process your request and generate an audio file of the spoken text, which will be added to the top of the soundboard in green for you to play and share with others.
You can find a list of available voices and song generators on the TTS page. Explore a variety of voices and create unique sounds to share with your friends.
The time it takes for your TTS request to be processed depends on the current queue size and the TTS engine being used. Some voices have no queue and are processed immediately, while others may take a few minutes to generate the audio file.
If there is a queue, while waiting for your TTS request to be processed you can bookmark the page and check back later. You can also explore other voices and song generators on the site to create more sounds, or explore the millions of sounds already available on 101soundboards.
Yes, you can queue multiple sounds for generation at the same time. Each sound will be processed in the order it was submitted, and you can check the status of each request on the soundboard.
Phrases with extreme inappropriate language, hate speech, self-harm, violence, or bullying may be blocked and not displayed on the soundboard. Please keep your requests fun, friendly, and respectful.
To delete a TTS sound you created, right click on the sound (press and hold on mobile) and select "Report" from the context menu. The sound will typically be removed from the soundboard within a few minutes.
You can find more voices and song generators on the TTS Voices List. Explore a variety of voices and create unique sounds to share with your friends.
Sometimes we use AI to generate a phrase in the style of the character or voice you requested. This is a bonus and can be fun to explore.
If you have more questions about the TTS feature or need help with a specific request, please contact us through the contact page. We are here to help you create awesome sounds!

Leah Lamarr TTS Computer AI Voice
Type your text to hear it in the voice of Leah Lamarr. The whirring sound of the computer's hard drive filled the room as Leah Lamarr's TTS (text-to-speech) AI system sprang to life. The mechanical voice began to speak, mimicking the actress's own intonations with eerie precision. Every word was crisp and clear, delivering information with a robotic efficiency that was both impressive and slightly unsettling.
As the AI continued to speak, there was a faint crackling noise in the background, almost like static on an old radio. It was as if the digital version of Leah Lamarr was struggling to break free from its electronic confines, the sound adding an unexpected layer of depth to the otherwise smooth and polished delivery. Despite the occasional glitch, the AI soldiered on, relaying facts and figures with unwavering determination.
Suddenly, there was a soft beep, signaling an incoming message. The AI paused its monologue, the sound punctuating the silence like a musical note. It was a reminder that even in the digital realm, there were moments of connection and interaction. The beep was a simple sound, yet it carried with it a sense of urgency and importance, prompting the AI to shift its focus to the new information at hand.
As the AI continued to speak, there was a subtle hum in the background, like the sound of a distant engine. It was a constant presence, underlying the actress's words with a steady rhythm that seemed to propel the conversation forward. The hum was a reminder of the underlying technology that powered the AI, a mechanical heartbeat that kept it running smoothly and efficiently.
At times, there was a brief pause in the AI's speech, a moment of silence that seemed to stretch on indefinitely. It was a jarring contrast to the constant stream of information, a sudden void that left the room feeling strangely empty. The pause was a reminder of the artificial nature of the AI, a glimpse behind the curtain that revealed the machinery at work.
In the midst of the AI's recitation, there was a sudden burst of static, like the crackling of a campfire. It was a disruptive sound, breaking the smooth flow of the actress's voice with its sharp edges. Yet, even as the static crackled and popped, the AI remained unfazed, continuing its monologue with unwavering resolve. It was a testament to the resilience of technology, able to withstand even the most unexpected disruptions.
As the AI reached the end of its speech, there was a final beep, signaling the conclusion of the conversation. The sound echoed through the room, a clear and definitive end to the digital interaction. It was a punctuation mark, closing the chapter on the AI's performance with a sense of finality. And yet, even as the beep faded away, there was a lingering echo in its wake, a reminder that the digital world was always just a heartbeat away.
In the quiet aftermath, the AI fell silent, its mechanical voice fading into the background. The room was once again filled with the soft hum of the computer's hard drive, a steady background noise that seemed to envelop everything in its embrace. It was a soothing sound, a constant presence in a world of constant change. And as the AI's words lingered in the air, there was a sense of completion, a finality that marked the end of the digital performance.
And with that final sound, the AI closed its virtual eyes, its digital presence fading into the ether. The room was left in silence, the only remaining evidence of Leah Lamarr's TTS AI system the faint hum of the computer's hard drive. It was a reminder of the fleeting nature of digital interactions, of the ephemeral connections that could be forged in the blink of an eye. And as the room settled into stillness, there was a sense of closure, a conclusion to the strange and otherworldly experience of engaging with a computerized version of a real-life actress.
