Text-to-Speech (TTS) is a technology that converts text into spoken voice output. It is used in a variety of applications, including voice assistants, navigation systems, and accessibility tools for people with visual impairments. On 101soundboards you can use TTS to create custom sounds in the voices of celebrities, streamers, cartoon characters and more, then share them with others. TTS voices are synthetic creations and do not imply any affiliation with the person whose name or likeness may be associated with it.
When you submit a phrase to be converted into speech, our system sends the text to a TTS engine, which generates an audio file of the spoken text. The audio file is then added to the soundboard for you to play and share with others.
To use the TTS feature, simply enter your desired phrase in the text box on the voice of oyur choice. Click the "Generate" button to create your custom sound. The TTS engine will process your request and generate an audio file of the spoken text, which will be added to the top of the soundboard in green for you to play and share with others.
You can find a list of available voices and song generators on the TTS page. Explore a variety of voices and create unique sounds to share with your friends.
The time it takes for your TTS request to be processed depends on the current queue size and the TTS engine being used. Some voices have no queue and are processed immediately, while others may take a few minutes to generate the audio file.
If there is a queue, while waiting for your TTS request to be processed you can bookmark the page and check back later. You can also explore other voices and song generators on the site to create more sounds, or explore the millions of sounds already available on 101soundboards.
Yes, you can queue multiple sounds for generation at the same time. Each sound will be processed in the order it was submitted, and you can check the status of each request on the soundboard.
Phrases with extreme inappropriate language, hate speech, self-harm, violence, or bullying may be blocked and not displayed on the soundboard. Please keep your requests fun, friendly, and respectful.
To delete a TTS sound you created, right click on the sound (press and hold on mobile) and select "Report" from the context menu. The sound will typically be removed from the soundboard within a few minutes.
You can find more voices and song generators on the TTS Voices List. Explore a variety of voices and create unique sounds to share with your friends.
Sometimes we use AI to generate a phrase in the style of the character or voice you requested. This is a bonus and can be fun to explore.
If you have more questions about the TTS feature or need help with a specific request, please contact us through the contact page. We are here to help you create awesome sounds!

Jonathan Monroe TTS Computer AI Voice
Type your text to hear it in the voice of Jonathan Monroe. As the TTS computer AI named Jonathan Monroe begins to speak, the sound of his synthesized voice fills the room. It is a smooth, robotic cadence that is both futuristic and familiar at the same time. The intonations and inflections are carefully programmed to mimic human speech patterns, creating a sense of realism that is almost eerie. Despite the lack of actual vocal cords, Jonathan Monroe's voice is surprisingly expressive, conveying emotions and nuances in a way that is almost indistinguishable from a human speaker.
With each word that Jonathan Monroe speaks, there is a slight whirring sound as the gears and mechanisms within the computer process and produce the speech. It is a soft, subtle noise that is easily ignored by most listeners, but for those with a keen ear, it adds a layer of depth to the artificiality of the voice. The mechanical hum serves as a reminder that behind the facade of human-like speech lies a complex system of technology and programming, working together to create the illusion of intelligence and personality.
As Jonathan Monroe continues to speak, there is a faint clicking sound that accompanies each word. It is the sound of individual letters and phonemes being processed and synthesized into coherent speech. The rapid-fire clicks create a rhythmic backdrop to the voice, almost like a percussion instrument keeping time with the speaker. It is a reminder of the meticulous precision with which the TTS system operates, breaking down language into its smallest components and reconstructing them into seamless, fluid speech.
Occasionally, there is a glitch in Jonathan Monroe's speech, a momentary pause or stutter that disrupts the smooth flow of his voice. It is a jarring sound, a brief interruption in the otherwise flawless facade of artificial intelligence. The glitch serves as a reminder of the limitations of technology, the inherent vulnerability of systems that rely on algorithms and code. Despite the advanced capabilities of the TTS system, it is still subject to errors and malfunctions, reminding us of the fragility of the digital world.
As Jonathan Monroe speaks, there is a faint hissing sound that lingers in the background. It is the noise of air being pushed through the system, creating the illusion of breath and life behind the artificial voice. The hiss is a subtle reminder of the humanity that is lacking in the TTS system, a ghostly echo of the organic sounds that accompany natural speech. It is a poignant contrast, highlighting the stark divide between man and machine, between the complexities of human communication and the cold, mechanical precision of artificial intelligence.
In the silence that follows Jonathan Monroe's speech, there is a soft whirring sound as the TTS system processes and prepares for the next set of words. It is a moment of anticipation, a brief pause before the voice returns to fill the void with its synthesized sounds. The whirring noise is like an engine revving up, a signal that the system is ready to continue its performance. It is a subtle sound, easily overlooked, but it is a crucial part of the TTS experience, marking the transition between silence and speech.
As Jonathan Monroe finishes speaking, there is a soft chime that signals the end of the conversation. It is a gentle, melodic sound that adds a touch of humanity to the artificial voice. The chime serves as a farewell, a closing note that resonates with a sense of finality. It is a small gesture, but it adds a sense of closure to the interaction, a reminder that behind the facsimile of speech lies a system designed to mimic the nuances of human communication.
In the quiet after Jonathan Monroe has finished speaking, there is a lingering echo of his voice, a faint reverberation that lingers in the air. It is a ghostly remnant of the artificial sounds that filled the space just moments before. The echo is a reminder of the transience of speech, the fleeting nature of language and communication. Despite the impressive capabilities of the TTS system, it is ultimately a hollow imitation of true human interaction, a pale reflection of the rich tapestry of sounds and meanings that define our daily conversations.
As the sounds of Jonathan Monroe's voice fade away, the room is left in silence, the only remaining noise the soft hum of the TTS system as it prepares for its next interaction. In the absence of speech, there is a sense of emptiness, a void left by the artificial sounds that once filled the space. It is a poignant reminder of the power of language and communication, of the ways in which sound can shape our perceptions and experiences. And in that moment of silence, we are left to contemplate the complex dance of technology and humanity that defines the TTS computer AI known as Jonathan Monroe.
